With 16 years of experience in real estate, Laura Van De Mortel brings strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for people development to her role as Operations & Growth Manager at LM Property Co.

Laura has extensive experience managing teams and operations, having previously overseen more than 75 staff across multiple offices. She focuses on creating structure, streamlining processes, and supporting her team to perform at their best while fostering a positive and collaborative culture. Mentoring, coaching, and helping individuals grow both professionally and personally are central to her approach.

Her achievements include Sales Support of the Year (2014) and REISA Sales Support of the Year (2015), and she credits industry leaders such as John McGrath and Anthony Toop for shaping her philosophy of treating every business as if it were your own.

At LM Property Co, Laura values the supportive, flexible culture and the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues every day. She is always ready to offer guidance, support, and encouragement to her team, helping them reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Laura is a qualified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer who loves Pilates, running, and walking. She enjoys camping, surfing, and spending time at the beach with her family. She is a proud mum to her daughter, with another little one on the way, and is engaged to be married in 2027.
